I've been in there a few times and always walked out because you cannot get the sandwich makers to wash their hands with soap... and water even when you ask. The last time I went in there which was August 4th or 5th 2022. Ash the person that was in therethat was out sweeping the floor to please wash their hands. They couldn't put down their phone long enough to do that and evenwhen they went to wash their hands they took the phone with them switched it from hand to hand and just ran their hand upunderwater each hand at a time. It's always that way I will never enter that Subway again!!! Another thing people are constantlytalking on their phones even Walmart staff, employees in restaurants. Some people use earbuds and continue talking. Others justkeep talking on the phone. Was in the Walmart in Hope Mills a few weeks ago getting a money order. Girl kept on texting when Igot to the desk and she finally put the phone down and when I told her I needed the money order she kept on texting she run meup. Started texting again while she was waiting for my money order to print. Those employers allow employees to have phones ontheir jobs? I?d wouldn?t recommended order there again, and it was a waste of money; the person that works there was so lazy to add chips... and drink with the meals. Read more

Usually have a good experience with this particular location, NOT today. I ordered through the app so that I could get the... promotion for the buy one get one half off... bad idea. The subs were prepared wrong even though I left detailed instructions inthe app on how to prepare it. I called back explaining what happened and that it would be a long drive back (40 minutes) and wastold that if I do not come back today WITH the receipt (may I remind you that I ordered thru the app and never get the receipt)Iwould not be compensated. TOTALLY DISGUSTED with the customer service and still hungry to boot. And out of the money as well.And walked in there with a tip in hand because it was a special order. Never again. Read more

I made an online order bogo. I got the chicken ranch melt sub. When i got home to eat I opened my sub and it was falling apart.... The bread dam sure wasn't fresh AT ALL! It looked like a 2year old made my food. Everything was cold. My cheese wasn't meltedand the bacon & chicken we're warmed. Waste of money Read more
