As a large truck driver, I can?t use the drive thru. When I went inside, I was told that they were closed. Even though they were... cooking, the drive they was open and there were 3 black males and a black female all eating inside. I?ll make sure to get thisracism gets out to as many people as possible. I stopped in to order something to go and all the ladies were so friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my food was... fresh and that I had everything I needed. Customer service is always good every time I go there. Food is as expected for fast food. The coffee is usually good, but today... it tasted like hot water. I got a breakfast meal and the pot was empty. She said it won't take long to brew a fresh cup. I watchher and she didn't even change the filter and add new coffee grounds. Read more
They definitely need to do better. We had to get back to the drive-thru because we got unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. Then we... ended up having to get something totally different to drink because the lady claimed she put sugar in the tea, but it wasunsweet. Not only that I had asked them to put pickles on the chicken sandwiches we ordered, and they didn't even bother to putpickles on either sandwich. Edit: The cashier, Antoine, is very nice. He greets me with a "How are you doing?" and a smile, andis very polite. I think the service has gotten better, too; the food is nice and hot when I get it, and I enjoy the $5 Your WayMeal! Read more
