When you order a tailgate special and it's to feed a family of 5 and expect an adequate amount of sauce to accompany your meal... but neither receive enough sauce nor are you give anymore upon asking because of policy, it shows how either the company doesn'tcare about the satisfaction of its customers or simply this franchise owner is cheap and care more about profits over customerservice.
