Food was fine but the place was filthy... No clean tables, a reasonable amount of foot fall and two staff sitting out in the... lobby chilling out. This place would totally fail an inspection. Got charged for sauce, didn't get any...they also "had no fries". No straws in my bag for our drinks. Easily the worst... experience I've had at McDonalds... it was unreal. I do not recommend this location. Read more
Got our meal wrong. Paid for 2 extra hash browns that we didn't receive. Coffee tasted terrible compared to other McDonalds. The... McMuffins looked to be put together by a young child. There was the easiest location that we found middle of the way to Vancouver. Had a nice out door benches. However, very careless... cashier, personal and non responsible manager. They took advantage of a kids and not serve them their order properly. They evendidn't have a good attitude as well. Also very dirty and messy. The washroom was supper dirty. Read more

If only I could give zero stars. Bad food and bad customer service. Went through drive-thru, had to wait for my order in the... parking lot for 10min. I was given the wrong order. Had to wait again for my order. Had to go through drive-thru again to figurewhat is happening to my order. That took for another 15min for my order. No credit or anything to make for the time I had towait. To make it even more worse, food was bad. Had the most driest fries ever! Would not go back again. Read more
Went here as we were traveling to the coast, and it was what my two children wanted. We placed an order through the mobile app... and waited 20 minutes to receive it. They forgot a breakfast sandwich so I had to go back in. And about 10 minutes down theroad, when I decided to take a sip of my tea, I noticed it tasted funny. I ordered an Earl Gray tea and they made it green teawith milk and sugar. It was disgusting. The staff really need to get stuff together. And I am saying this as a former McDonald'semployee/ manager.
