Fantastic place for an inspired and filling breakfast. If you are looking for something beyond overcooked bacon and lukewarm... hash browns, this is absolutely the place for you. The menu is versatile, reasonably priced, and very well thought out. Thefood came out quite quickly, and was 10/10. I would also come hear just for the coffee, as those were well made aswell. The Cafe was a very safe and tasty place to grab lunch. Sitting on the patio was great surrounded by the mountains and so many... excellent carvings! Hope is a surprise gem for a southern Ontario traveller. I observed that many locals choose this place fortheir break so lively conversation was part of the ambiance this day. Great little gem of a cafe in Hope. This was our first lunch stop during a really long road trip and we really enjoyed the food... here: We chose the pho, which was delicious, fresh, authentic and hot (highly recommend) as well as a chicken sandwich, whichwas also tasty.
