Probably one of the slowest fast food experiences I?ve had. Drive through was lined up across the parking lot so I went inside.... Stood in line roughly 25 mins before getting to the front. The manager was running the till and when I finally got to the frontshe proceeded to take a phone call on her cell. People lined up out the door. I?m still trying to figure out why I didn?t leaveand go somewhere else. Food was fine when I finally got it, nothing to write home about. Read more
I stopped in on September 2/22 at 8am and was served by a hard working woman with pink hair. She had one other gentleman in the... kitchen and a long lineup in the drive thru. She made a smart decision to close the lobby, after my order inside, to betterassist customers due to short staffing. She maintained great composure despite the stressful situation that was growing, wasvery polite when dealing with customers and the gentleman in the back seemed to be moving in a steady, methodical pace to limitmistakes and get orders out the door. Stopped here for breakfast and a washroom break. They locked the doors with customers inside. Big safety NO NO!!! I unlocked and... left. Went to the drive through. No debit cash only. Ok but seemed to be short staffed...very slow. Decided to go to Starbucksinstead. Put the no debit sign before they ordering speaker. Still bewildered as to why they locked the doors!!! Read more
We came on a super busy day, and yes, the line up was long but the staff were working so hard. Thank you to them for continuing... to work so diligently! I hope their management will be able to hire soon. In the meantime, good work team! Read more

Female employee did not acknowledge me for about 4 minutes. Her back was turned to me. I finally spoke up to say Good morning.... She then turned around and said something inaudible. Toast was burnt. Eggs were cold. No peanut butter. No honey. Not apleasant experience. Asked for manager. Male employee told me to call Head office as they didn't have a manager!!!! Terribly runstore.
