They never answer the phone the first time you call have to keep calling them ???? sometimes they don't answer at all smh
THE worst sonic! full of teens that constantly mess up the orders! You sit there for 30 plus minutes, only to get COLD food. I... sat there 30 minutes, pressed the button 3 times to speak to someone. 2nd time I pressed it the guy lied and said it was on theway out. The app was down. I tried to order drinks and asked if they would honor the half price, no. Ok well we ordered our burgers. ... Two of them were wrong. My daughter who works nearby and eats lunch there often went to another screen to ask for the managerto see if he could extend the half price. When asked, the same kid, Gage?, hung up on her. Just for asking for the managersname. Wow. We got drinks elsewhere. I have never had a problem with stores doing overrides when the app is malfunctioning. Every time I go my burger is made wrong! They fix it of course but it?s not the point, I?d like to go and it be right the first... time and not have to wait another 15 minutes for another made correctly.
