Today we had the worst experience I've ever had at this place. We got part of our food before we got our beverages. Waiter kept... forgetting us. I had to ask for our beverages 3 times. We ordered the all star meal and it took 20min to get the waffle afterreceiving the food. And I had to ask were those our waffles just sitting there getting cold. Waiter (Haley) was not bringingfood. Grits were awful. I had to return them. Bill was incorrect. There was an extra $7.25 charge that couldn't be explained. Iwon't be back to this location. Read more
Extremely Rude Service, I get that you are working hard and probably tired, but it takes nothing to be nice. Absolutely filthy... compared to other Waffle Houses (And that should be saying something). There were DOZENS of cigarette and other questionablerolls on the bricks by the front doors. Food all over the floor inside, puddles of questionable liquids. I'm not expecting whitetablecloths, But this is just a safety risk. They are always understaffed, And there is a leak that hasn't been fixed causingall of the counter tops to be closed. (Been that way for 6 months) The building is not even safe? This is not from one badexperience, It has consistently been like this in the 4 years we have lived here. Wanting Decaf Coffee? Be prepared to get aloud Sigh and a "It is gonna be a while we don't have any made" And then still end up getting caffeinated on a busy Saturdaymorning. (Watched them pour both coffees from the same pot) Drive 5 minutes down 31 to one of the other Waffle Houses or go toTony's or Pelham Diner across the street. Read more
Dinning room floor dirty and grimey looking. This was at 8:30am on a Monday. Waffle almost uncooked, I get that speed is their... thing but very few customers so it could have used more time cooking. Why so much oil on over medium eggs?? Ordered a waffle andone egg with coffee. $9.25. Order came with 2 eggs and waitress said it's the same price. But I ordered one egg and she couldhave told me when I ordered. Paint on the bathroom doors literally peeling off in pieces. Just seemed like no maintenance hasbeen done at this store. Could they buy a thinner napkin? One other thing was the coffee was lukewarm and so was the refill. Read more
The food was just as I like cooked too perfection. My family enjoyed. The workers was funny and on top of things.
Oh let me tell you I just about had a come apart; no other guests in restaurant, ok, we parked so we could watch car, get to... front door ALL the staff was at front door smoking,, ok, not a greeting from any, not a hey be right with you, instead - umNever have known a waffle house across the country to not be self seating- and we were told (mind you ONLY CUSTOMERS) Wecouldn't sit anywhere but the counter. Nope we left and went a block away enjoyed tremendously the other place. Should been awarning that a wafflehouse was empty something was wrong. Read more
Not all Waffle Houses are created equal and this one is one of the best I've been too. It's an awesome experience from the... Welcome when you walk in to the perfectly cooked food! Eggs nicely done and perfect crips hasbrowns and bacon!! Don't forget theBiscuit which is toasted on the flat top!!! Nice touch. Read more
