AMAZING! The Tre Luna team was amazing to our guests at our welcome party for our wedding. I was so impressed by their... professionalism and willing to work with our schedule and changes through the planning period! The food was also amazing. Excellent restaurant. My 2 daughters and I went to Tre Luna tonight (9/28/22) and they were busier. After we were seated, we... waited about 20 minutes and no one had come to our table yet. Then the wonderful hostess (who was excellent) saw that we werejust sitting there and came to ask if we had been helped yet. We said we had not and she was quick to apologize and went to getsomeone. Our server (who was also excellent as well) came and from then on our food was out quickly, they were very attentive,and the food was amazing!! If you get a chance to go eat here, do it! Read more

Six of us went to Tre Luna early on Saturday, Aug. 27 to celebrate my son-in-law's birthday. Both he and his daughter ordered... the salmon pizza. They had ordered this on two occasions and loved it. When our food arrived, they noticed both pizzas hadplenty of salmon but no cheese. As I said they had it before when there was cheese. When we told our waiter, he went to tell hismanager. He came back to our table telling us there was cheese on the pizzas. He said this without he or his manager evenbothering to look at the pizzas. Not wanting to create a fuss, my son-in-law and his daughter just let it go and did not finishthe pizzas. In fact they had maybe one slice each. Later that night they both had bad stomach issues undoubtably from badsalmon. It couldn't have been bad cheese because there was none on the pizzas. Needless to say we expected more from our wineand meals costing over $300! We had always enjoyed our meals at Tre Luna but we were very disappointed that we did not get anapology or any attempt to make things right. They just tried to spin it. We probably won't be back. Follow-up: As requested bythe Tre Luna owners I spoke to Erin on Tuesday 9/6. Our conversation went very well. She apologized profusely and offered tocomp the whole $300 meal but I wouldn't let her do that. Four of our six meals had been very good. Our complaint was with thetwo salmon pizzas. Erin insisted on sending me a $100 gift card. I appreciate Erin's apology and the gift card but the apologyis really all we ever wanted. I appreciate Erin's follow-up to my review and taking the time to talk to me about ourunfortunate experience at her restaurant where meals are usually very good. We were in Hoover for a soccer tournament and were looking for a fun place to eat dinner. Tre Luna was a great choice. Everyone... in our family of four enjoyed their meal. The bread was amazing and our waitress Kelsea was amazing. She was the mostprofessional and kind waitress we have had in quite awhile. We will be back next time we are in Hoover! Read more

My husband and I were visiting Birmingham for our anniversary and we were looking for a place to have dinner to celebrate. We... came across Tre Luna on Google, and decided to try it out; we are SO glad we did! From the welcoming atmosphere the host andmanager created when we walked in, to the time we left, we had an amazing experience. Our waiter, Patton, had wonderfulsuggestions, was attentive, and set the perfect pace for our dinner. Our food came out quickly, but we were never rushed. Thebooth side of the table was cozy and comfortable. Everything we had tasted amazing. The brussel sprouts were crispy, thewood-fired pizza was fabulous (GREAT crust), the filet was one of the best we?ve ever had (we ordered it with the chimichurriinstead of the glaze and the roasted potatoes as well) and was perfectly cooked medium. It was so tender! The creme brûlée wasa great way to end the meal as well. We each ordered a drink from the outdoor walk up bar as we waited for our table, and bothof the drinks were wonderful as well.
