Horrible service!!!! Manager is very rude and I've been fighting with them for over a month now for my refund for an order that... was never picked up. Owner is a liar, never sent my gift card to compensate me for the refund since they claim no one knows howto do it. They kept the money and now I'm getting the run around...... GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!! I always come to Schlotzsky?s for their pizza and I like it a lot! I just miss how the old sauce used to be. Was so much more... flavorful. Idk what they changed or if my taste buds are just different now but the sauce tastes like only tomato sauce to menow without much else added to it. I don?t see any kind of garlic or spices added to it. Read more
