Atrocious staffing. Rushed the order and was very rude. As someone who has worked in food service, it takes hardly any time to... be nice to the people you serve food to. Food tastes like any other sub place, nothing spectacular. There's a reason peopledon't talk about Jersey Mikes like they talk about Chick-fil-A, it's not the food... it's the staff. Very small sitting area. Cramped in the ordering area. 4 stars if dining in 5 stars online. Recently ordered online and that... went great. Placed online order then walked in and picked up my food. It was a zoo in there. Almost felt guilty. Jersey Mikes ismy favorite sub so worth the hassle. Parking is limited and almost impossible to get here if going east on hwy280. Really gottawant a sub to go here. Read more

After one of the most stressful days in recent memory, no one in our family felt like cooking dinner, so we decided on Jersey... Mike?s instead. The food isn?t the problem. 3 times now in about 2 weeks. Crubside Order places All 3 orders were not even started 30 minutes... after it was placed. The last one order wasn?t even start till 10 minutes after the pickup time. Note these orders are not atlunch time but after 6pm. Excuse it?s time O big order came in. Had high hopes for this location but they should just wrap itup now and save everyone the trouble. I?ve been a customer of Jersey Mikes for years in 4 different States and this is theworst I?ve ever seen. What good is Curbside if you have to go in. But Boy they want that tip right up front. Waited about amonth and went in today for Lunch, 11:10 one customer a head ordering one sandwich and it took 20 minutes for me to get myorder. Nothing has changed, 6 employee there not going to say working, ask for it Mikes Way and was ask repeatedly what Iwanted on it, why don't you just look a the list that is on your side on the counter that tell you how to make it. A blind mancan see the people just look at what's behind the counter. Look there was a Jersey's Mike on 280 years ago, and it closed forthe same reasons. Just do us all a favor and close it now. Great sub! Have to say their sandwiches are far superior than Subway and Firehouse! And I really enjoy Firehouse subs! Im... originally from NJ so it was like a taste of home. As long as the customer service is good, this place will do well. It is awelcome new establishment on 280. Read more

4 employees. Older lady with dyed, yellow hair couldn?t be less friendly. Two (I assume) trainers yelling at each other about... the best way to make a sandwich and a new employee standing there like a deer in headlights. I?ll stick with the Vestavialocation. Read more

Food is superb every visit. Thankful they opened so close to home. Great addition to the area and every sandwich I have tried... didn?t disappoint. The big Kahuna and club supreme - mikes way are amazing. Definitely try them out! Read more

Food was delicious. Will definitely be back for fresh subs. It was a bit hectic in there and there was a misunderstanding with... my initial order, but I felt compelled to come in here and give 5 stars for a newly opened business that I know will sort outthe growing pains.
