Chickfila at a free standing location is amazing. We'll don't expect that in the Galleria Mall. You will be rushed and... questioned about asking for sauces. When you order we don't know the menu, we don't work there. It may take us a few moments toreview what we are going to pay for. I know the gentleman that took my order seemed to be more concerned about getting done asfast as possible as to hold the wall up and be on his cell phone. I have never had this at an actual franchise. Usually I loveto go and enjoy meals with friends but next time at the mall it will be the honey chicken. Read more

I was here a couple of days ago, waiting in line and guy walk past me and went to order cutting the line, The Chick Fil A worker... took the order and when I told him him that he cut the line, He did not even responded, he did not even try to give an excuse oreven a sorry. I eat (ate) here alot because I work close by. Have ways been friendly that's why the four stars. If not for today, it would... have been 5. It's likely I'll ever eat at Chic-fil-a again. I'm that disgusted. I bought a salad there today and it had apretty large DRAGONFLY in it. Yes, that's right. Fortunately for me I was cutting it up and stirring it. I almost cut it inhalf????. I hadn't eating any. One refund and a card for a free meal later, I'm pretty sure I'm never going back. Read more
Had Cobb salad for bfast, not too bad. Not the best plce to eat chicken bt it will do in a pinch.
Even with an extremely long drive thru line, they were still able to keep it moving quickly and efficiently. The employees are... always friendly here and always make you feel important. I would return daily if I could eat it daily. Very impressed. Read more
This is June 2, 2018. Understand one thing before reading our review here. Just because I'm in this wheelchair I don't ever... expect any handouts free. We have money and don't need a free meal. We only want what we pay for. Most of you just settle forwhat food places dish out to you. Never thinking what you paid out for it and they know you'll never speak out and they make akilling off you. My wife and I was at this place today. Ordered a #3 meal and upped the fries to large. Knowing they'd chargedmore I told the help to make sure they filled the cup up to the top as it should be. Not half way as they do. She told me she'dsee what we paid was done but she never told anybody anything at the window. When we got to a table and took everything out ofthe beg as always the cup of fries was half full. That #3 meal cost like hell as it was and to ask for a large and pay moreyou'd expect the cups to be at least to it's top. This whole company at all locations is a ripoff with the amount they chargetheir customers. That meal today was over $9.00 and didn't get but half what I paid for. Shame on Chick-Fli-A! We are going tostop being their sucker. Let all those other FOOLS keep sucking up to Chick-Fli-A. There's other chicken places than them. Theyare making a killing off of fools. Read more
Ordered the #2 meal and the meal was done in 5 seconds. Quick response somehow in every store I go for chick fila.
