At this particular location it seems things run a bit different. I ordered two Cobb salads with a spicy chicken breast. When I... got to the window I observed a male employee delivering food and drinks to the outside pickup locations. He then started comingto the window and talking with the employees getting drinks and orders confusing the staff. I had to fold in my rear view mirrorso he had room. I finally got my order and headed out to Trussville to meet up with a friend to eat my treat. Once I arrived wediscovered there was no chicken on either salad and the dressing was balsamic vinaigrette not apple cider. Service was outstanding and so was the meal. The employees should get a pat on the back for their service to the customers which... there were a lot of at the time that I was there. Even though they were packed the speed of service was very fast and preparedjust as I requested. Clean restrooms, nice indoor dining area, parking if you're dining in is a little bit on the tight sideespecially during lunch. But drive-thru moves very quickly. Read more

I?ve had few orders here for awhile with DoorDash. Usually I have a good experience with picking up with Chick-fil-a in general... but recently at this location staff has been very rude. I was told by one of the managers that they have been having problemswith dashers taking food and not delivering them, apparently. I understand that that?s extremely frustrating, but that does notgive them the right to ignore me and be short with me. I come to pick up and I?m ignored my staff and managers; when I finallyget someone to check on my order and if it?s not there then they?ll come back to tell me it?s gone so too bad with a dismissiveattitude by management. It?s only this Chick-fil-a I have problems with when it comes to DoorDash. Like I said, I understandit?s frustrating but don?t shoot the messenger. Read more
