Went through drive-thru and was told that they have no roast beef, no turkey, and no ice for the drinks. Drinks. So I'll order... it a number five combo chicken bacon swiss. I get to the window and after about 10 minutes all I get was just a sandwich. No onecame back to the window so I drove back around to the speaker and the lady told me that they were no longer taking orders thattheir system is down. I said no. I just want to get the fries for my combo. And she said sorry we can only take cash the systemsdown even though I literally just paid with my credit card to get the meal. This is the worst customer service I believe I'vehad and I will not be back. Read more
11:30 am on 9/24 and the doors are locked with no sign stating why. The employees are obviously in there. They?re cleaning... tables even though nobody?s inside and making sure the door is still locked. Read more
Absolutely worst Arby's in Alabama. Past ten am, go through drive thru, no one at the drive thru, go to window, no one to be... seen. If you say your open at 10am, you should be OPEN at ten am. I once drove by there around 8pm, after work. They close liketen pm, but THEY ARE OUT OF MEAT. How does an Arbies run out of meat? Pathetic. Read more

We just left there after ordering two milkshakes. #1 don't expect to be overwhelmed by their customer service. The employees... seemed more concerned with feeding and drinking themselves while in the kitchen. #2 my husband's chocolate shake wasundrinkable. It tasted like the young man dumped in a half a bottle of chocolate syrup. We were traveling and did not go back tocomplain. My shake was fine. But when the boy handed me mine I said thank you and he just stood there looking at me. Thankingyour customer goes along way. He did not even offer me MY receipt. Read more
