I hate leaving reviews of places because the employees could just be having a bad day. However this kfc/Taco Bell has to be the... WORST one I?ve ever been to. Almost ever time I try to go through the drive thru I end up leaving because the employees just donot come to the intercom. I?ve witnessed a line of customers leave because no one would answer the first car in the line. Theworst part about it is that when you go to leave and look inside, there are NO people inside the store. Make it make sense. Read more
I feel bad for the employees, Taco Bell needs to get more people hired or close down sections of the store. Running a fast food... restaurant with 2 people working is physically impossible. Eric and his coworker did amazingly as numerous, rude customers cameinto the store to yell at them for not answering their drive thru. They were both very busy making food and running the frontcounter of the store. My food was made quickly for there only being 2 employees in the place and lots of customers waiting.Simmer down America, learn some patience. Read more
Took half an hour for 2 tacos and 2 burritos. The staff seemed high off of something. And they were arguing right in front of... us. We ordered and when we got to the window they told us they didn?t have half of what we ordered including Baja blast. Sodawas flat and watered down. Worst experience ever time we come here. Whether it is the drive-thru or I go inside to order, even if I'm only ordering a single taco it takes sometimes 25 minutes to... get through the drive-thru only to get the wrong food at the end. This location in particular has gone incredibly downhill Read more
My order was totally wrong when I told him at the thing that wasn't my order he told me to pull up to fix it! And that's after... waiting 10 mins for the car infront of me he fixes my order and I then wait 30 mins.... 4 burritos! I could have made huge realburritos with all the toppings for less time I stayed in the drive in for... I get it they are short handed and quality peopleare hard to get but dude I didn't even get an apology. No one felt like the almost hour I spent was worth even sorry it took solong. Read more
To be honest I've had quite a few issues at this taco bell. I go there quite often and the last time I went I was in line for 15... minutes even though there was only one car ahead of me and then took them another 8 minutes at the window. I only ordered acouple items one of them being nacho fries. I was very excited because I love them I got home and realized they forgot to giveme the cheese dip with it. The time before that was absolutely horrible... I ordered for my family and when I got home Irealized that they had forgotten two or three items that I had paid for. They forgot to give me the chicken taco that I orderedand they forgot to give me the macaroni and cheese that my daughter ordered. The regular beef tacos that we ordered werehorrible! The beef was like dried and in chunks. No one could even eat them they were really disgusting. Normally I would calland complain but I tried calling and no one answered the phone. Read more
This Taco ???? Bell shares space ???? with KFC. The drive thru was slow, but, it may have been because Taco ???? Bell ???? was... giving away a free Doritos Locos Taco ???? through the Taco ???? Bell ???? app that day. Service was polite and they gave me alot of napkins. I ???? thought the Doritos Locos Taco ???? had more flavor than their regular tacos. It needed more meat. Went inside, ordered, and was waiting for awhile. Drive thru was busy. Was watching staff work and person making my order was... trying very hard, looked at written and picture instructions after every ingredient. Please be patient as we are lucky to haveanyone working now. Both burritos perfect! Read more
