We ordered online so we wouldn?t have to wait in the drive through only to show up and find that the lobby was closed and the... doors were locked due to being short staffed. We then waited a literal hour in the drive through just to pick up the order thatwas already paid for, had been sitting, and was now ice cold. If you can?t serve warm food, stop taking orders and close yourdoors. If you don?t support expedited pickup as advertised online? don?t let people order online. Tried to get 8pc bucket arnd 5:15 pm and they didn't have enough chic to fill order.. was going to b at least 30min wait... we... left... second time that has happened... I wish I could leave 0 stars! We will never never go KFC again...each and every time they get the orders wrong, food is terrible... and most importantly the staff and manager are rude and argumentative! We live 15 minutes away..my husband ordered 16pc mealoriginal with 2 mashed and 2 mac n cheeses...he brought it home and there were 3 coleslaw and 1 mashed! All drumsticks and extracrispy! Like nothing was right! He drove back there and the MANAGER wanted to know why he waited so long to come back???? It was20 minutes because that's how long it takes to drive back...arguing with him instead of an apology and offer to correct? We gota refund and will never never go back! I always say, "my dream job would be KFC". This Hooksett, NH location is the reason why I say this. Myself and my grand daughter... love KFC food but not anymore. We ordered the 8 piece sides meal. The food came out right away and they were quick to take thepayment. When we got home, the chicken was such small pieces I gave them all to my grand daughter. The sides, mashed potatoesand gravy, macoroni and french fries. There were no fries in my bag. Mashed potatoes were such a small amount in the containerthat my grand daughter by herself finished it all with four bites. Considering the price of the meal, this was so depressing. Ithen went to a GAS STATION who has chicken. I was provided a meal of large chicken portions! For half the price. So KFC is nolonger my place of choice for chicken. Now it is Bob's gas station. I would leave 0 if I could. This place has never been a good place to be. I've tried to order numerous times to see if they get... better and they don't. I ordered Door Dash from them one time and they closed while my driver was waiting in the drive throughFOR AN HOUR. This place needs to be shut down. Never friendly. Never willing to cooperate and everytime I go next door to getpizza or to the bank I ALWAYS see like 4 or 5 people gathered outside chatting and smoking. Half the time it's like 20 minutessmoke breaks. They don't care about customers, just paychecks. Bad customer service and Food. I ordered 10 piece feast and Mac&cheese for pickup around 6pm on Sunday at this hooksett... location, on order confirmation it said pick up in store so as the store had posted online order pickup inside but the doorswere closed(remember it says pickup at drive through only for late night or midnight orders) then I drive through but had towait 20minutes for 2 of customers ahead of me, then the guy takes 5minutes to literally open the window. Finally I get food gohome and open the biscuits were disgustingly old and hard I could easily hit someone with it. Did not expect the food to be sobad. If KFC officials reading try to improve customer service don?t just try to refund, not everyone wants money back, customerservice matters. Read more
A complete joke. Despite being told there was a note, which there wasn?t, was delayed being open due to staff shortage. Was... supposed to be let in, no one even attempted to let me in. Knocked and honked to see what was you going on. Nothing until awomen showed up asking me if I wanted to fill out a application then proceeded to me they weren?t going to serve me.
