We ordered online so we wouldn?t have to wait in the drive through only to show up and find that the lobby was closed and the... doors were locked due to being short staffed. We then waited a literal hour in the drive through just to pick up the order thatwas already paid for, had been sitting, and was now ice cold. If you can?t serve warm food, stop taking orders and close yourdoors. If you don?t support expedited pickup as advertised online? don?t let people order online. I wish I could leave 0 stars! We will never never go KFC again...each and every time they get the orders wrong, food is terrible... and most importantly the staff and manager are rude and argumentative! We live 15 minutes away..my husband ordered 16pc mealoriginal with 2 mashed and 2 mac n cheeses...he brought it home and there were 3 coleslaw and 1 mashed! All drumsticks and extracrispy! Like nothing was right! He drove back there and the MANAGER wanted to know why he waited so long to come back???? It was20 minutes because that's how long it takes to drive back...arguing with him instead of an apology and offer to correct? We gota refund and will never never go back!
