The best pastry, not overly sweet, just the way I like it

The oatmeal raisin cookie is maybe my favorite ever. You can't go wrong with a jammer or a baguette. The Cubano is awesome; so... is the Detroit-style pizza. My only complaint is that you can't get an unsweetened chai tea. I wish they made it from scratchinstead of using a syrup. But that's hard to find these days. Read more

No wonder this place is getting 5 star reviews. It was a great experience. The cinnamon roll was not soggy with frosting - light... fluffy with a caramelized bottom. So different and tasty. My wife got a Cranberry Bran muffin that was good too. Coffee is darkand good. I like that brand Nona Familia. It gets busy so make sure you have time! Read more

As a bakery I thought they were pretty disappointing. I went in looking for a small cake/cupcake option for my child for his... birthday and they had the Maddie Cupcake that seemed like a good option for him. The cupcake was a vanilla cake with fruitcompote filling and buttercream frosting. When I got home I realized the strawberry on top looked very old - shriveled and driedup. When we ate it, the cake portion of it was very stale and hard. It seemed like this cupcake was several days old and I can'tbelieve they were selling these to customers this old. As a bakery I expected more freshly baked goods than what I received, soI would not recommend as a decent bakery. Read more

Great little bakery. I had a delicious chocolate croissant and bought a loaf of their 5 grain bread which was excellent. Enjoyed... an oatmilk latte in their outside seating area. Read more

Friendly, local, and delicious cafe and shop full of amazing local goodies. Came in for a quick breakfast, and in the process... picked up some amazing organic teas, baked treats and fresh bread to take home. Spent a few hours working from my van whileparked (hood street parking and relatively level), then decided to grab lunch here too. Tried the soup and their pizza. Soooogood, great portion size and reasonably priced. Everything tasted homemade and top quality. Their thumbprint cookies with localjam are the bomb. The almond croissant and pear pie I brought home to share with my boyfriend were so good. And the rye breadwas the best we?ve tried locally while exploring all around the gorge. Best of all, the service was quick and friendly. Bothservers/cashiers who helped me were awesome. Had a good chat with the gentleman who took my lunch order. They had a few vegan /plant based options and lots of vegetarian choices to pick from. They were willing to answer questions and check specificingredients upon request. I came in during the weekday and the place wasn?t busy. Lots of room to spread and they have cuteoutside sitting. Looks like not sitting inside at the moment though but I suppose you could drink your coffee by the window. Read more

A great bakery located a little ways off the main drag of Hood River, Oregon. They offer a great variety of baked goods,... including fresh made breads and tasty pastries. Additionally, this establishment sells a decent selection of sandwiches (forboth breakfast and lunch), pizzas, and coffee. Also, the cinnamon role was amazing! The staff was friendly. I highly recommendvisiting for a quick bite. You?ll be glad you did. Read more
