This place is amazing if you like Asian noodle cuisine, it would be hard to beat this and the local crafted saki is also... extremely great; if I lived nearby, this is where you would find me. Also a great view of the river both from the dining roomand from the outside seating on the deck Read more

Excellent flavor, with less traditional ingredients. Which isn't a problem in the case of Mugen Noodle. The yakisoba style... noodle used at Mugen worked extremely well with the broths fats and oils used. You wont find a pork broth here, but even withoutit the ramen hits your tongue with flying colors of flavor. The brothless garlic ramen, the black garlic ramen (both non spicyand medium spice) and the crab wontons had exceptional taste. Spice at the medium level had just the right amount to feel theheat and add flavor without distracting from the rest of the bowl. The ambience and atmosphere certainly added to the experiencepushing it over to a perfect review. Read more

Not a huge fan of this place. We got the black garlic noodles with hot spice and it tasted like spicy miso soup, which is... disappointing for the price. The only good thing about it was the pork, which was really good, and the 1/2 an egg you get. Thechicken katsu with curry was a joke, and the chicken looked extremely old and was quite dry. If it was fresh, it probablywould?ve been good. Really expensive for what you?re getting, and the staff seemed very occupied with each other and didn?tcheck on us once + wouldn?t even look our way. (The crab ragoons were good!) Read more

Loved the ambience & the vibes. Limited menu but tasted nice. We ordered takoyaki for the appetizer. Ramen noodles were firm not... soft. But that was mentioned in the menu itself. We tried the fish ramen. The taste was more like tom yum soup. Salmon waslightly breaded. We didn?t like this fusion ramen flavor much. The pork shoyu were so soft and melted in mouth. Broth tastedvery nice. Overall, the experience was good. Read more

The broth less ramen was amazing as well as the Sake. Not the traditional ramen in. Use to but it was delishiousness and a nice... experience. The pork was charred and I love my pork that way but not so much in my ramen (typically) but the Mazeman wasamazing. I wouldn't change a thing. Great experience. Read more

Here is the warning, if you like ramen chains with their menu in english and easy comparison photos, this is not your noodle... place. If you like authentic ramen from a menu translated by Google and never proofread by a native English speaker, thenyou'll love it. Read more

Really good ramen here. I had the fire fish and it was awesome! Their noodles are particularly good. Great spice and flavor. ... I haven?t had a bowl this good in a long time. I would definitely return. Read more

Cool Izakaya. Got the Chicken Katsu Curry, asked for it extra-spicy and they delivered. This is a Japanese food restaurant with... southeast Asians running it so it's kind of a fusion place and if you like it spicy they can bring it! Cool natural feel withgreat views. Next time I'll try the Ramen. Very friendly staff. Read more
