Called over 20 times on the 15 call somebody answered and said Wing Stop and left me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on me!... Called them straight for over an hour! still no answer? I think this establishment needs new employees because the ones workingthere don?t know what they?re doing!!! Did online delivery and the food just never arrived (delivered through DoorDash). I can understand where I messed up by not... picking up the phone, but the delivered was calling from a non-local area code and did not properly introduce themselves. Firstthing they said was "Do you live on military property," so it sounded like it was a scam call of some sort. I had no clue thisnumber was my delivered as not once through call or text did they indicate "Hi, I am Brandin from DoorDash." When I triedcalling them back when it was already 2 hours after the original delivery time - the phone number was out of service and nolonger reachable. I tried contacting the store directly to get this order canceled - no answer. This was many times over 2hours (that night) and the next morning - still no answer. I think it is kind of ridiculous how hard it is to get into contactwith someone here and having to leave a voicemail that is not even responded to. If they are not going to pick up the phone, canthey at least leave a system to refund the order online? I do not think I will be going to this location again. I would give 0stars just for how difficult this has made it to do a simple refund. Actually - its funny how difficult it is just to talk to aperson to do this process. Judging from the voicemail directing to order online, it sounds like they rely to heavily on theironline site and just completely ignore their phones. Read more

I came in during a busy lunch hour and had a long wait. With the amount of people in that restaurant, I expected a long way... and it was not really a problem. The place is very clean and modern and they have a new soda machine that dispenses allflavors. Even under the high pressures of a heavy lunch crowd the staff was friendly and helpful. Once our food arrived, itwas well worth the wait for the delicious chicken wings side orders. I had the traditional buffalo and my friend ordered thespecial rub. Both were very fresh and delicious. Conveniently located in the Kapalama Shopping Center On Dillingham. There islots of parking and plenty of other nearby shops and restaurants. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and cleanrestrooms. I was surprised to notice they even sell beer. Overall rating was above average a d rate them 5 stars. Read more
