A very pleasant experience! The gentleman working the behind the scenes was amazing. He was very calm, informative, and over all... very caring! He came in to check on my partner and I, refilled our drinks when we were low, and brought out some ice cold water.It was fairly busy when we went and there are multiple other restaurants to choose from but Waffle and berry absolutely has myheart because I love waffles and any type of breakfast foods. In the mood for something sweet and breakfast type? Here is thebest place to go. You get your moneys worth because it?s pretty big. I cannot express how happy we are to have discovered Waffle and Berry! The food is amazing, environment welcoming, and staff... over the top helpful and friendly. Such a kind gentleman making the waffle dishes here. Sweet co worker, cute little lady, brought us nice cold water bottles too.... The waffles were absolutely delicious and the acai bowl was very filling with generous portions of fresh cut fruit. We orderedonly two items and there were 3 of us and we were very full, could barely finish, but did finish everything because it was sofresh and yummy! Best waffles. They were crispy outside and soft in. Fruits were very fresh and toppings were also good. The vanilla ice cream... was very good, right amount of vanilla. The owner is very sweet and offered a complementary full size waffle though our orderwas for half size. The place is cute, filled with plants and fully eco friendly. Read more
Super clean and Nice Environment. The staff was super helpful and helped us out on what to order. I ordered a full walffle, but... I recommend ordering half for 1 person. Wonderful! Great food, great service, perfect location and wait 'til you walk in....it's beautiful! Waffles made to order (not... sitting around getting cold and soggy), the freshest fruit, best acai on the planet, free toppings, and the whipped cream isreal, not out of a can. There was free coffee, too, until 8am, I think, until the coffee shop in the center opens. The extratouches were a bonus over the already amazing food! Read more
My wife and I did a "build your own" waffle and the portions were very generous and delicious. But not just that, all the... ingredients were fresh and tasty. Waffles are made to order and the service was very friendly and helpful. Amazing value, I cansee why the reviews are so stellar here. We have tried a new breakfast spot every day for 2 weeks since we are traveling but Ithink this is our favourite and we'll be back again before we leave. Read more
This was such an amazing experience. First, the two people at the counter who helped me were simply amazing and knowledgeable.... They definitely made me feel very comfortable and were very helpful! Second, the food was amazing. This was definitely the bestwaffle I?ve ever tried and the toppings were unique and delicious.
