This is simply the best food I?ve had on the island. Very friendly service and the food was unbelievably great. Outstanding!!!
Small takeout restaurant in downtown with a good menu. I went on a Friday and got the Hawaiian plate with chicken long rice,... pork lau lau, two scoop rice and toss salad and kalua pork. The portion was generous and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parts of the the lau lau were drier than expected and I wanted more fat but it was still good. There are a few seats and tableinside but it is mainly a takeout place. Will have to try the other dishes next time but so far it was okay. Read more
Been years since I visited Tsukenjo's. Thought I would give the new Bishop St location a try. Maybe it was just nostalgic... thinking and all mental, but thought the Queen St location tasted better. Read more
