Amazing street taco truck fixed location off Queen street near Whole Foods. Has Vegan jack fruit tacos, and a tasty assortment... of street style Mex food. Good hot sauces. Small bench for seating, otherwise stand-up street style. Owners are super cool atTeeDahs. Enjoy! Read more

Ok. This is for those hesitant to try somewhere new. I have passed hundreds of times but never stopped. The carnitas burrito is... as good as everyone says. There is a wonderful spice profile that is present. The sauces were excellent as well. Owner was onsite and she clearly takes pride in her food. Great find, and we'll be back to try more. Read more

At long last, the island has some truly excellent Mexican cuisine. Incredible cuisine! At least on par with some of my favorite... hangouts in California, if not better. The experience of eating my carne asada burrito today was very emotional for me becauseevery single flavor and texture was so perfectly executed. The salsa is also excellent; the whole experience transports me backto the Mexican taquerias in the mission, which is where I used to live. Read more

The wait is definitely worth it, because the two burritos I ordered (Asada and Pollo) were AWESOME! In my opinion, the best... Mexican street food in Hawaii. I just hope that they don?t get fancy and move away. Kakaako loves you. Read more

Because I am so used to street tacos, $4.50 for one asada felt a bit pricier? but it totally worth it after all. We ordered:... Two pollo, two carnitas. Two stake and one Barbacoa, and salsa / guacamole, side of bean n rice and two drinks was about $35. Their hot sauce is really hot (flavorful though). So I am glad we asked for mild one for our boy. None of tacos was greasy atall. Highly recommended. #tacotruck #tacotuesday #supoortlocal Read more

So I'm just gonna say everything went right here. I stroll up and the three team members inside (one manager/owner and two... workers) are discussing supply orders. The owner sees me and immediately stops everything and makes me the sole focus. All teammembers also checked their masks to make sure they were good. This was a phenomenal start. Good little bit of small talk. Iplace the standard order I judge all taco trucks by - a Carne asada burrito. He asks me if I'd like guacamole, which of course Ido - and thank you for asking up front rather than making me interrupt you and ask if could be added. Payment was easy andcontactless. Interaction super pleasant. Burrito didn't take terribly long to come up. It was a few minutes, enough so you knewit was fresh, but fast enough to show you are important. Team member then asks if I'd like hot sauce and the heat level. Morepoints. I take my haul and go sit and unwrap it. Foil is taught at both ends making for a good holder that won't leak. Tortillaperfectly toasted to golden. I'm hyped. Flavor, excellent. Ingredients balanced all the way across, not too much of any onething (check out the cross section pic). Hot sauce was flavorful and hot, not watered down. Given how well they executed thebasics here (friendliness, speed, taste) on this staple, I'm confident ordering anything off the menu. It is a little priceycompared to a burrito on the mainland, but this isn't the mainland so it's right in line with what it should be for a fairvalue. Enjoy this place. Read more
