I ordered spice level 3 for tonkotsu garlic ramen. Wavy noodles with 3 pieces of char siu. My girlfriend ordered chicken... cilantro with thin noodles. Broth is very tasty and hearty. Ika geso was little bit on the overcooked burnt side but yes we ateit. Same for chicken wings, felt like it was cooked a little bit too long. Takoyaki balls were perfectly cookedthough. Very authentic tasting Tonkotsu style ramen. Portion size is also good for the money. We ordered the Tanaka rich garlic ramen,... vegan ramen, ika geso karaage, 1 chicken bun and 1 pork bun. Try to avionics the vegan ramen and highly recommend and richgarlic ramen and the pork bun. Read more
They dont take reservations, but the wait isnt too long because the items come out quickly. They take temps and addresses still... of people coming in to dine. There are plexi glass that divides the groups of tables up. Broth was super flavorful! We orderedtanaka spicy-you can choose your spice level, tanaka combo, and beef sukiyaki tonkatsu. All said it was great and nothing wasleft in the bowls. My group also tried the gyoza- perfectlycrunchy on outside with delish sauce, takoyaki- great texture withegg tartar that compliments it well and soft shell ???? bun, and karaage chicken. Read more

We ordered the large size because it was the same cost as a small size but I wish we... ordered the small size because we were overstuffed and our leftovers weren?t great. They list their hit bowls of ramen on thetop row of their menu and that?s where you should stick to. Get at least two different types. The service was fast and we got inas walk ins. Read more
