They have... traditional style, Japanese sushi as well as some American fusion that are both very good. They have a very good selection ofsake as well as some beer and shochu. Read more

I?m glad I found this place because it was a complete hole in the wall. I didn?t have to wait and the sushi was insane. Top-notch dining, and a sushi chef with a hearty laugh. I love this place. It?s everything you hope it will be. It?s... unassuming, and initially feels like a hole in the wall, but as soon as you open the menu, you become aware that this is aserious restaurant. By serious, I mean that all the menu items (including the sake selection) are carefully considered andindividually selected. I ordered 5 different fish, two small plates, lamb lollipops, and a bottle of sake. Every item wasbetter than I hoped it would be. The staff is friendly competent, friendly, and well-versed in their craft. They explained thenuances of different fish flavors/textures in a ways that was easily digestible. Oh, and the sushi chef who served my sushi waswarm, kind, and had a bolstering laugh. It was the kind of laugh that starts deep down in the gut and is a contagion to those innear proximity. They?re open 7 days a week. Go today. Read more

Holy ii! Wow wow wow! This sushi spot is amazing. Make sure you have your Vax card, ID, and be ready to take a temperature check... as soon as you walk in (thank you for doing this!). The salmon roll, rainbow roll, spicy tuna and the ahi tataki salad. So good.Huge rolls. Fresh cuts. I had an ice cold Asahi and my wife had a green tea. The beer came in a tall can and the green tea wasserved in a nice cup that was very ergonomic (her words). Great service and good tunes (Careless Whisper by George Michaelplayed, what a banger). Don't miss out on one of the best sushi places in Honolulu. Read more
