WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, every single worker we encountered was rude and lacked customer service. We were a total of 8 people in... our family, we all got the same bad vibes from them. We tried to go back for iCe for our drinks because it was a hot day outhere in Hawaii, and they immediately said no. NO ICE NO REFILLS. I guess they care more about inventory than CUSTOMERS. What aterrible experience. Subways needs to train these people better. Read more
Kind-of bad place for park and order, best just get it delivered or have small car. Be specific, they get order wrong sometimes,... bad phone / communication skills. Read more

I did a mobile order they gave me wrong sandwich contacted them multiple times only today they... pickup saying they don't know what's going on and will contact the owner why have managers if they gatta talk to the owner theirjob it to ensure reliability of the store without having to contact the owners unless it's out of their hands Read more
Sadly I was gonna give a great review. But they couldn't figure out coupon and there was a long line behind us. Long story short... the supervisor didn't realize we had 3 subs and couldn't calculate the math. Read more
I preorder my party platters with my selected varieties. Ask that sandwiches be individually wrapped and labeled and delivered... on Christmas Eve on way home since they will be closing early and delivery location was only 2 blocks away. Read more
Not the first time I went to subway, but it was the last time I will go to subway. The customer service was substandard, failed... to honor coupon that was presented and failed to deliver message to manager. . This is also not the first time I've had issueswith Subway, where they advertised that they will make the sandwich how you want meanwhile at another Subway the workercompletely ignored my request and I actually lied straight to my face.
