Worker was relatively nice, food was terrible. Ordered a footlong sandwich and it was the smallest, thinnest footlong I've ever... received from a subway. The bread was stale, and they messed up my order--I asked for all veggies except jalepeno and when i waseating my sandwich I bit into jalepeno to open it up, and it was basically all olives & jalepenos...very disappointed in thislocation because I normally love subway sandwiches :( Read more

Worst experience ever (01/25/2022 @ 10:20am for reference)! Don?t go here unless you?re prepared to receive verbal abuse! I was... there about 30-40 minutes! I ordered online and when I arrived my order had been given to someone else. I asked if they couldmake it again but they made me wait outside until they finished serving 5 other people. I had to demand they give me my ordersince I had already paid for it online. One customer asked the girl nicely if she could make my order first since I had beenwaiting so long but she refused. I called my husband and asked what he thought I should do since I was being refused service. Hecalled them in hopes to help me but I?m hindsight maybe that wasn?t the greatest idea. She began to yell at him on the phone andyelling at me and swearing. The customer that was there left the store. I had to stop talking to her cause talking wasn?tgetting me anywhere. She even asked if I wanted to make my own sandwich!!!! Eventually she made the sandwich and I left crying.It was so stressful. I understand maybe she was having a bad day but not once did I yell at her or be rude. I went in expectingto be respected not verbally abused. I don?t know if I will ever go to that location again. Worse Subway on island! WARNING! DO NOT EVEN ORDER ONLINE HERE!!! My wife ordered online here and they had given her food to... someone else. They told her to wait until all the other orders were finished until they addressed her order. SHE WAITED OVER 30MINUTES for a app pickup order. I walked in and said "Hi" with a friendly tone. The girl behind the counter said "Hi" with an unfriendly tone and looked at me... with a face that said "Why are you here?" She then walked away and went to the back area without saying a word and proceeded tostart to empty lettuce. I was the only customer in the store and no ongoing sandwich prep was being done. I felt completeddisrespected and disregarded as a person and turned around and left. All I want is basic respect: "Hi, what can I get you?" Oreven "Hi, I will be right back" or maybe "Hi, let me finish in the back and I'll be right back." But no, I'm just supposed tostand there, only customer in the store, and be treated as if I'm an inconvenience and as if I don't deserve basic respect. Youcan do so much better. Read more

Went to the one on Waialae Ave by St. Louis school. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ordered 2 sandwich platters, my order was ready... on time, looked so appealing. Everyone enjoyed the variety, and the flavors. Will definitely continue going here!! Read more

Rude!!!! Trying to rush us threw!! Not amused. It was also completely empty but yet they couldn?t be bothered to clean the... tables or sweep the floors the vegetables didn?t look fresh (as shown in the pictures below) as well as when I got a soup tomake it a combo she tried to charge me individually for everything then responded if you want to combo we have chips.. i?ve beento subways before and you can upgrade to the soup option for a combo.
