Showed up at 7:24 and doors were locked with a guest inside. Location closes at 7:30 and sign on door says 7:30pm. Post 7:24 as... the closing time if your going to lock the doors at 7:24, otherwise stay open until the time you post on the door. Read more
I visit this Subway location at least three times a week because I work in the shopping plaza and the staff is usually... professional and friendly, however, today was completely different. While the employee was making my sandwich, a police officerwalked in and for some reason?the employee making my sandwich stopped helping me, made a sandwich for him while makingconversation with him. She then handed me off to another employee who made the sub after the officer left. The employee thenrung me up for the exact (more expensive) sandwich the officer ordered which makes me think?did the officer even pay? Was thesandwich given to him for free? Did they conveniently forget to charge him? So many unanswered questions. I wasn?t aware Subwaydelved in preferential treatment based on career choice. Please listen carefully to what your customer is saying. I ordered the litte cheesesteak and the lady asked (on what bread)?...... i continued on the conversation and tell her if she has ciabatta bread, she carried on and fix a six inch. You choose what sandwich you want and the veggies too. The sandwich is nicely wrapped andput in a bag with napkins. The owner shes sweet and kind. Arrived at the shop where there were about eight customers in line and two workers behind the counter. The two ladies were fast... and friendly to everyone so the line moved really quickly. We ordered two kids meals, a six-inch cold cut and loaded potatosoup. One of the ladies helping us replaced the kids meal ?toy? with a choice of chips or cookie and swapped the boxeddrink/milk for a fountain drink since our kids were on the older side. She also saved us a little money by making the sandwichand soup into a meal combo. We sat in cold AC to enjoy our food while good 80?s music played. Tables and floors were clean soall was good! placed an online order which was buy one footlong get one free when I went to pick up the order they told me the order already... got picked up....umm how....then they told me the order wasn't processed when the money was already taken out of my account.then the lady had to go talk to the manager about it and it showed up on their screen needless to say after much bickering theyonly made 1 sandwich when I told them it was 2 sandwiches they said they don't honor online coupons at this location and as Iwas leaving they told me I had to pay for the sandwich(that I had already paid for) again.
