Reviews for Subway in Honolulu, HI
So i have a love hate relationship with this particular subway in Manoa! You 2 sets of workers who are fast, and clean, and move... quick especially when there are long lines, normally in and out in 5 min maybe a little longer if there is a line, but theprocess of sandwich making is quick and minimal mess, but some days there are slower workers I've noticed the slower workerswork in the evening. So it gets frustrating. Read more
If I could give them zero star I would....All I have to say is this place has the worst customer service especially the white... girl that somewhat helped me...Her attitude was terrible....Whoever is he owner of this location u need to pay attention thekind of people u hire becuz it really affects ur business but if u don't care and only care about making profit then won'thappen.....I will not ever come back except I will just past on the word that this location is by far the worst... Decent service and sandwiches, despite other negative reviews. I guess I always go there at a good time.
Worst subway. Customer service/sandwich making skills are 0%. Not impressed
+ The staff is very friendly here + The shop is always clean EDIT: It seems like they've been baking enough bread to keep up... with demand lately, so I'm updating my review to archive my negative points regarding the scarcity of bread. OLD Review: - Theyalways run out of bread between 6pm-8pm. - ???? ???? ???? Let's be serious, Subway. Bread is, well, your bread and butter. Howcan you run out of bread 1-2 hours before closing? I can no longer count the number of times I've swung by for a quick mealafter the gym just to turn around and walk right back out the door because there's no bread. Make ???? great again. Read more
WORST SUBWAY EVER. Went there earlier tonight and there was a female and male employee. They were suuuuper slow. I'm a Subway... lover. I have been to many Subway stores, but THIS Subway was so bad - I cant see myself ordering subs anymore. They both werehella hella slow (especially the guy). Even the customer behind me looked annoyed. I didn't get too worked up about that. No,what really pissed me off was how that guy lied. I asked him about some dark stuff I saw on the Italian bread and he wasdismissive saying all their Italian breads look like that because of the ovens. Well, now my dad (who is elderly) is going tothe bathroom every 15 mins and I'm mad at myself for taking his word for it. I'm considering filing a complaint against thisstore branch. Read more
