My new favorite go to is Starbucks shaken espresso drinks. Unfortunately when I order it from this location is taste different... every time and half the time end up wasting $7. Not sure if their espresso machine is older because Kahala and kaneohe locationsalways taste exactly as I imagine. The last drink I got tasted like cereal milk. Another time my ice coffee had no ice and whenI asked about it they said they just brewed it and was still warm. They re made it and within 5 minutes all my ice melted again.The lady or manager didn?t offer any real solutions and couldn?t give a refund because I ordered online. For the most partemployees here are friendly and well staffed but I hate gambling on how my $7 coffee will taste to half the time throw itaway. In reply, i have asked them to remake it before and it come out exactly the same before as i mentioned with my watereddown ice coffee. Also ordering from the app before commuting an hour to work ideally saves me a lot of time. Asking to remake ithalf the time I go doesn?t seem worth it. Again would be nice for all staff to be trained in the same way on how to make drinks. Read more
It's a Starbucks. I used to go there all the time, but they've radically reduced their seating, presumably due to Covid. Also,... the outside seating is gone, and a homeless person was camping out there, when I visited. Read more

You could tell it was red cup day. The store was well staffed and with how many drinks they were getting out they were cheery... and kind to each person. Some of us were in serious need of our caffeine fix. It's so nice to see the store full. Read more
Visited this location for the first time and it is upscale, spacious, and has "On Tap" technology. Seems more quiet although... filled with many patrons. Very friendly staff and very clean. Read more
Great coffee house, can get packed at times, but generally there are seats available. The code to the bathroom is the zip code.... Drinks a priced well, good variety, and even some gourmet options and gluten free items as well. I've spent considerable timehere and typically always enjoyed it. Read more
