Hit or miss when it comes to service here. Sometimes they forget part of your order so they need to be reminded. Once, I ordered... a short drink with no modifications, and the barista preparing it audibly bemoaned the fact that they had to make a short drinksince they couldn't remember the ingredient proportions. Today, I ordered a cup of coffee on the Starbucks. When I went to the store to get coffee, an older waiter asked my name and... handed me a paper bag. Then I didn't understand her behavior. When I took the package she handed me with both hands, she saiddissatisfied: wait until I put the package down. Then she looked unhappy. I was really surprised that I took the packagepolitely, but she spoke in that manner. This is my local Starbucks. I'm originally from Seattle so I'm a huge Starbucks fan. Overall this is a nice place, and they've... recently, within the past year, renovated, and it looks nice. But the customer service is hit or miss, in my experience. Whenyou asking for something extra, outside of how a drink might be normally served, there is a feeling of being being put off.
