The Covid-19 precautions at this location are subpar. They need to separate their pick up point from their order point: the same... person is trying to take orders, run cards, and hand out drinks and food, the customers are squished together, drinks aregetting cold, people are rubbing elbows, it?s a mess. Also, they need to do something about that metal handle door thateveryone has to pull by the handle to come in - either install automatic sliding doors (at both the order point and the pick uppoint!), or keep those doors open during business hours. Those are crucial points. Having a TOUCH-LESS sanitizer dispenserwould be a good idea as well. (As for coffee, it?s good, as all Starbucks coffees are. But not worth it to risk gettinginfected.) I have stopped by 3 mornings in a row. Shortest line I?ve seen anywhere. Staff has always been very friendly but I have ordered... the same thing 3 times and it?s tasted different each time. I?d suggest grabbing your coffee and walk across the street to thepier if you have time Read more

Close to the beach and our hotel, prices are definitely higher compared to mainland and this is where the star redemption... shines! Drinks were ready a bit later than anticipated but definitely welcoming to quench our thirsts! Read more

You'd think the staff would put their best foot forward on the King Kamehameha Day Parade, considering it runs right in front of... this Starbucks. Instead, I got rude, rushing employees making multiple mistakes, then not owning up to them. Worst Starbucksexperience I've ever had, and that's saying something Read more

Next to Kihio beach, and this pier, it is in a great location to grab some caffeine while enjoying the beach, doing shopping, or... off to the zoo. Staff friendly and efficient. Read more

I was on my way in to get a latte and saw protesters outside saying they wanted equal access to plant based milks from Starbucks... and other shops. They said Starbucks charges 80 cents every time you choose almond milk and that?s what I always get in mycoffee because I?m lactose intolerant. I went in and sure enough there was an 80 cent charge tacked on to my drink. I won?t begoing back. Not cool. Read more
