Delicious drink - we tried blended ice milk tea with boba ???? with 30% sugar - it was refreshing and tasty for the hot day!

Bad customer service! My wife and I went during New Year?s Day around 4pm. No other customers before or after us. Our first time... there since it just opened. Asked the young female barista which one was liked the most from the Top Ten Recommendations sincewe couldn?t decide. She said she didn?t have one. We then asked what she did like and she said water. She then said they don?tsell that though. Again, customer service was bad. Tea wasn?t good and boba was over cooked. If you want to get better tea andbetter customer service, go to Mr. Tea or The Alley. Read more
Super yummy teas! I get the Okinawa or the Thai milk tea with boba. The younger haole guy with blonde hair is super courteous... and always seems goes out of his way to wish you an amazing day. Read more

Bought a $7.50 drink and when asked for a cup of ice, was told no "sorry, company policy" wth? REALLY?
