I didn?t have the best experience but the company absolutely blew me away! After my purchase they automatically sent my receipt... to my email and a survey. I let them know my experience and I was absolutely shocked within an hour I had another emailbasically saying they were sorry and the experience I had didn?t meet company standards. They refunded my purchase amount to mycard. I absolutely did not expect an email back or a refund. I appreciate the time that they took to care about my experiencewith the company! Read more

Really BAD service! It was the 3rd time I had a REALLY bad experience. There is an older lady that works there, she may be the... manager, not too sure, but she is very unfriendly and unprofessional. I don't think I have ever seen her smile everytime I stopthere. She seems like she does not like her job at all, and is over it. Whoever the owner is of this establishment, you need tohire or train your employees on customer service. Although I like the Taco Salad here, I dread coming here when she is there, Ileave stressed out because of the bad service I recieve. They dont understand you when you order and then gets your order wrong, the food is bad, (the burrito we ordered had rice and the rice was so hard like it was like they gave us old rice that hasbeen sitting around for awhile), they give you an attitude when you ask for extra salsa, that is even AFTER you tell them theycould chatge for it during ordering. I used to come here all the time, but I stopped coming as often because of the service! Read more

Taste & size for price was great, but sad to see styrofoam still in use here instead of paper/biodegradable cardboard containers... & staff should not be automatically filling food into single use bags & give cutlery without asking - most customers put bagsstraight in the trash after sitting in the food court & take more cutlery than needed. Plus side, easy to cater to vegan choiceswithout meat & cheese. Would be great to see reusable tray, plate & cups in use at this & all places in the food court. Read more

Not the greatest tacos I?ve ever tasted. They were generously filled but still lacked flavour. The girl taking the order and the... one making the tacos had some attitude which was totally not ?aloha? vibes ?? Read more

This has to be the best Mexican food on the island. It was really decent and all the flavor was there. Might not be East LA... standards but really close given the ingredients they have to work with. Would get this again in a heartbeat. Read more

In hawaii great Mexican food is really hard to find. But for a place that's in the food court at the mall I must say it's good... all details down from good salsa to good Verde sauce. I love California burritos and they have one that is so ono and large. You will be wanted to take a nap after your done. Take a moment to give it a try and let me know how you like it. But pleasedon't compare to San Diego Cali burrito... thats just not fair. Read more

I got the Birria Tacos with rice and beans, it was phenomenal. Best birria tacos I've had on the island plus the rice and beans... actually tasted great. I'm coming back for seconds. Read more

Not real mexican food, the person serving me kept giving me the wrong meat on my tacos had to correct her 3 times. The carne... asada is undercooked with no flavor whatsoever. The barbacoa is brisket not Lengua . They barely gave me any lime, one smalltriangle for each taco and one was dried up and didn't have any lime juice in it. If you want real mexican food I recommend ElMariachi they have 2 locations on the island. Also the beans lacked flavor as well don't know how but the rice was the only goodthing Read more
