Amazing service! I came in and told them my allergies at the start. They built me a bowl fresh in the kitchen to avoid cross... contamination and double checked all the ingredients. I ended up with a huge, delicious, fresh, and SAFE poke bowl. 10/10 wouldrecommend. Read more

"poke in the front, party in the back" we're the words that greeted me at Redfish by Foodland. So of course I decided to go to... the back. At first you see the great bar and decor then the intimate seating available. We chose to sit looking at the bar towatch the mixologists concoct their libations (which I HIGHLY recommend the Rock Salt Plum). We came during happy hour afterseeing the oyster shooters, and they did not disappoint. Great on their own or with Tabasco or chili pepper water, but I had onewith both additional sauces and would recommend trying that if you dare. The poke options are as plentiful as Foodland FarmsPoke section and better since you can have them with won ton chips. If you find yourself at Salt Kaka'ako and craving poke thisis a must stop spot. Staff were attentive and we were quickly seated and served. Located nearby other shops. Portions were big and delicious.... Everything we had here was amazing! You can make your own poke bowl by choosing the size regular ($15) or deluxe ($18), then thebase, sides, and any toppings you would like. Happy hour is from 2-5pm and they have some nice appetizers! Poke was cut abnormally large, and the portion size pretty small for the price. Kids had shoyu poke, but the shoyu was spicy for... some reason. We asked for shoyu on the side, but it was spicy too. There’s much better places for poke. Judge for yourself, but the poke bowls look unappetizing, with toppings and without. The fish itself didn't smell bad. 4/5 for freshness. Read more

So happy to see a locally owned business in the hottest neighborhood on Oahu! Easily my favorite poke bowl place in... Hawaii Redfish poke is easy to find as it's located in the center of Salt at Kaka'ako. There is a parking garage with plenty ofparking as well as metered street parking all along Auahi Street. The food and the chef here are 5 star!!?? Imagine up-dream upyour own poke bowl and come here to make your dream a reality. Not only can you use your creativity to build your own poke bowlto your wildest imagination, they also have preset options that are fantastic! I often will do take out here but really enjoydining in as well. There is bar seating as well as dining tables available for more privacy. The little Shaka's at the bar areso you can hang your purse/bag on it while you eat/drink - how cute! Read more

We had a good experience at Redfish Poke. We chose the place after seeing a recommendation from an article where chefs chose... their favorite poke in Oahu, and my wife wanted good fish-based poke. Plus they had a number of vegetarian options as well. Werolled our own (ie chose from the custom poke bowls menu) as vegetarians. I got Beet and Tofu on a bed of white rice and our 12year old ha Tofu and Edamame. (Kim Chee Cucumber is the other vegetarian poke option.) A handfuls of the sides and toppings arealso vegetarian. We enjoyed what we got and the chef did a nice job of making it look nice. My fish eating wife enjoyed herbowl and was excited that they offered tasting samples at the front counter (where you'd order if you weren't eating in.) Itwas especially nice heading to this part of town from the much-more tourist crowed Waikiki center and after eating we enjoyedwalking around the neighborhood which was adjacent to the Kakaako painted murals (giant paintings on the sides of buildings.)
