Cannot recommend enough. If you?re wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of busy Waikiki then this is the perfect place. It?s... nice and quiet, has great views and the service was outstanding - shout out to Cat for being great at her job. Not to mention,the food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. Quiora is one of a few restaurants located on the Ritz-Carlton property in Waikiki Honolulu Hawaii. As expected the ambiance,... taste of the meals, desserts and server were absolutely superb. Our exceptional server Katie B was politely attentive,professional, very descriptive and knowledgeable of every item on the menu and guided us on our choices for lunch. We forgot totake photos of the meal but did remember before eating dessert. Also highly important to us are that restrooms for restaurant asshown by photos, are attended to regularly. Read more
I had a wonderful experience dining at Quiora. Quickly getting the worst out of the way: the beet and avocado salad just does... not belong on the same menu with everything else I ate. Apart from that, the food was truly excellent. I tried the SpaghettiCarbonara, the Wood Grilled Fish, Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade, Fior de Latte gelato, and Salted Caramel Budino. The pasta wascooked to perfection. The fish was mahi-mahi and had an excellent texture and flavor with some spice to it. When the restaurantran out of the cheesecake, the waitress subbed in both of the above desserts and did not charge. I was especially impressed bythe Fior de Latte gelato. It comes with a cinnamon-infused balsamic topping that is far and away the best version I've nevertried of dessert balsamic toppings. The ambience is relaxed and upscale, the outdoor seating is lovely, and the staff werefriendly and extremely attentive. I don't think an empty plate lasted more than a minute on the table before being whisked away.I absolutely recommend dining here. Read more
We dined at Quiora for breakfast. I had the short rib braccioli and my honey had the loco moco. He said the meat was delicious... and high quality. The braccioli was definitely different and that's why I ordered it, breakfast can get so repetitive. The viewwas fantastic and the service was on point. Was a super easy walk from Hilton Hawaiian Village. Would have been easy fromHokulani and Royal Hawaiian also. Read more
Beautiful view, food was good but don't expect the portions for dinner to be generous. Definitely a nice place to have a nice... dinner and not be miserably full after! Service was fantastic, Ritz Carlton does valet and the restaurant validates for you.Drinks were awesome! Read more
We had a great time at Quiora. The food was delicious and the view is awesome. We had the ravioli and the rigatoni. Both dishes... tasted great, the ravioli pasta was a bit undercooked but the lobster filling was great. The servers were really attentive andknowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice dinner. Read more
