Nice clean new restaurant. They seemed to make my order half way and then said screw it and gave me random stuff. I dined in... and noticed this happened to several other customers. Management needs to seriously address quality control. Read more
***Former Bank!*** It's not every day that you see a gigantic bank vault inside a fast food resturant, but that's exactly what... you will find at this Popeyes. Negative: With no one else in line, I stood in front of the register as the cashier finished her30 second text. She looked fully engaged in a negative conversation, and my presence meant nothing at the moment. After Ipayed, she jumped on her phone for another 30 second rant. I was surprised at how brasen she was to ignore customer service andopenly use her phone while working. After her F language with a co-worker, I felt compelled to address her, but sensed her "nocare" attitude that was unlikely to absorb correction. Very weird. This experience took a star away. I recognize that it'sprobably challenging to find people of high moral character in the fast food industry, and some thing go unchecked her inHawaii. Positive: Food was hot and good. Location is new and seems really clean. Drive through is large and easy to navigate. Only downfall is there is no left turn out... of the drive through. Also, the drive through windows are something out of Fort Knox. Never seen anything like that before but Isuppose those are necessary? Can?t say how bad the area is related to crime. I was shocked to see they moved down the corner but woooow is this place nice!!! Bigger drive through, I know the lines before... used to get super long and cause some issues for those trying to use the gas station. With the new location i feel the flow oftraffic is gonna be a lot smoother! Will definitely have to come back and dine in next time it looks really nice and big Read more
The fried chicken here is consistently tasty, juicy & delicious ! I've only ate in once when they first opened and it was... alright. Their drive thru is so modern, reminds me of a bank at the payment window. The staff seems nice enough. The friedchicken is obviously what I keep coming back for. Still my fave fried chicken on Oahu.
