Luckily we just needed to take an elevator to this beautiful spot...Not the cheapest but worth what we spent. Realistically I... think we spent more on drinks than our meal and all was delicious! We ordered the Prix Fixe lunch meal and for $38 a person itwas a steal!! The salad was light and crisp, white fish soup was delicious and the fresh catch was halibut...I wanted to lick myplate...I didn't but wanted too. **UPDATE** We came back for breakfast and the Eggs Benedict were delish!! We highly recommendand will most likely be back before our trip ends... Read more

The Food was great and cook to according to order. the price here... is again according mainly for the view. we did ended up catch a flu from the table next to us however unconfirmable no fault tothe establishment. They were able to fit us in 2 hour before sunset. It for sure a great way to enjoy the sunset on a hot sunnyday. Review Food was great here. Came for the sun set it was a great view. Read more

Great place to spend a special time with your better half. We hade a great time there. All the waiters and staff were really... helpful on letting us chose the fish we wanted. They gave us a lot of knowledge on what was the best way to have the fish wechose to be cut and cooked. Read more

Oh Boy, where do I start. Reservations for 6 adults at 7 PM. Appetizers arrived within 25 minutes. The Eggplant and Zucchini... tower was excellent. Then waiting for the first 3 dishes to arrive for one hour and 6 minutes. Uni Pasta for $48 a plate (seephotos). Another order arrived 20 minutes later. Our two missing orders were canceled by us and taken off our bill, afterwaiting for another 20 minutes for the bill. A 18% tip was added automatically which I disputed. The staff tried their best butwas overwhelmed by a non functioning kitchen and underperforming floor manager that became extremely impatient to the point ofbeing rude. Needless to say, we won?t be back. Read more

The world food tour continued in Italy ? At Pesca Waikiki Beach, reached via the glass walled elevator up to the 30th floor of... the Ilikai. The weather was perfect and so were the views. Our table was at the Southeastern part of the restaurant so we hadviews of the Hilton?s Rainbow Tower and a sliver of Diamond Head. There is an extensive wine list with bottles up to $21,000.Yes, this is not a typo. We opted for a 2016 Chassagne-Montrachet from Domaine Blain-Gargnard. The wine was peppery and earthybut lacked fruit and substance; somewhat disappointing for $222. A Belle Glos for $98 would have been a better choice. Ourappetizers were the Beef Tartar (that?s how they spell it) and the Grilled Octopus; $29ea. The tartare was roughly chopped andunseasoned (or underseasoned). The generous portion came with a quail egg atop and five pieces of toast, capers, tomatoes, onion, chives and whole grain mustard surrounding it. It was left to the diner to combine the ingredients to suit one?s taste. The grilled octopus was tender and was served with a salad, wedges of red onion and slices of potato. The octopus was coveredwith a (sort of) relish that would have been perfect with the tartare. My tablemate ordered the lamb chops while I opted forthe catch of the day: Halibut (7oz, $55) in a lemon butter sauce. Our server Erik came back and reported they were out of lambso we changed it to a 16oz prime ribeye ($68). Accompaniments included grilled asparagus ($16) and garlic rice ($10). Weenjoyed the views and the wine while we waited for our entrees. We told Erik we wanted a leisurely dinner and he obliged. Thesteak was a large, relatively thin cut of meat but it was prepared properly. The halibut was fine but the lemon butter saucemade it enjoyable. Interestingly, the garlic rice was my favorite dish; thin slices of deep-fried garlic sprinkled on top madeit so tasty. We had lots of leftovers and nothing on the dessert menu was a ?must have? so I just had a cup of c Read more

The restraunt is really nice, the view, the service was good. We got the Valentines pre fixed deal, portions was a bit small,... the dish with the lobster, shrimp, oyster, Sashimi and Crab was alright. I prefer my lobster, Crab and shrimp to be a hottemperature not cold and would recommend some kind of sauce or dip with it. The soup was rather plain and The main dish was alsoa small portion and was I believe Ala cart style, so you'd have to pay more if you wanted a side with it which I believe itshould automatically have, well at least one side should come with it then if the customer wants more than that then they shouldpay. But overall, Not bad experience, I would go again, I just know a little better on what to order and whatnot to. Thank you. Read more

Food and drinks were amazing and very expensive. Views were lovely. You order an entire fish which is prepared to your choice.... Wait staff are very knowledgeable of the cooking methods and best preparation for each species. 2 people can easily rack up a$200+ bill if you order drinks, appetizer, fish, side Read more
