50% sauce 50% food. Eating macaroni is like eating bucket of mayonnaise, kimchi cucumber and kimchi are covered with dry chili... powder and meat was hard. ABC 20% off teriyaki bento tastes way better than this. Can?t believe u charge $14 for this sauceplate. Don?t remember the other pearl tasting like this. I miss yummys that was originally here. Got combo today, #11 bbq beef and (teriyaki) chicken. They are very generous! 4 sides come with the main meat. This could be two... meals. The taste is just right for saltiness and sweetness. There is another branch in Kahara mall, they are also reallygenerous. This is one of my favorite place to pick up lunch! Read more
I used to frequent Korean barbecue it was very good. I had expected the same standards. I ordered a spicy chicken with the... sides of vegetables. It looked very good while I was ordering. However when I opened the box it surprised me that they hadslobbered so much of chilly sauce (which had no taste) on to the chicken. So much so that all the veggies and rice were red withsauce. There was just no taste as the sauce overpowered the rest of the veggies and rice. I thought the marinate would be spicy, instead they had just put the sauce. Felt very disappointed with the flavor of the meal. It maybe better for them to put thesauce in a separate small container. Not a very good experience!! Read more
It was getting late and this was one of the few places that was open. They give generous portions and serve delicious food. We... ordered the Bi Bim Bap and the BBQ Beef which came with four large sides. The sides were very tasty, of which our favoritesincluded the pickled radish and the macaroni salad. Very convenient location. I tried both chicken katsu and BBQ pork and both were good. And they?re so generous with the portion... that one order could feed me 2 meals. My favorite side is potato salad. The wait time is reasonable too. They have a smallseating area but has been closed during the pandemic. Read more

Quite frankly the worst food we have had in Waikiki. We ordered the garlic chicken, which was completely gristly and inedible.... The short ribs were tough and gristly and the spicy noodles were ice cold. I have no idea where the other people ate who orderedfood and gave 4 and 5 stars? food is gross- take a pass and choose a better place. Extremely disappointing, particularlyconsidering the dinner was over $75 through Uber Eats. Boo. Read more
