Reviews for No Name BBQ Sandwich in Honolulu, HI
WOW! Best banh mi I ever had. Crusty yet soft bread, generous filling and the house made hot sauce is a must!
Ridiculously good and super cheap Bahn Mi. The bread is crunchy and soft, and the filling has a perfect veggie:protein ratio.... The owners are warm and welcoming to boot. Can?t go wrong! Read more

Best Bahn mi on the island for the price. Friendly shop, the sandwiches are priced cheaper than other places on the island... and their sandwiches are very good. This place is always busy with take out orders. They close at 5pm or earlier if theysell out. Read more
Words can't describe the love and attention that goes into each sandwich! Granted I'm new to Bahn Mi, but hello I'm not new to... FOOD. The warmth and freshness of the roll, the insane amount of BBQ beef - the crispness of the cucumbers, the almost umamiflavor of the pickled daikon & carrots. Did I mention the cilantro? The sandwich is so brilliantly made that EVERY bite is THEbite!!! Simply said, No Name BBQ Sandwich makes 8 of the greatest sandwiches you've never had! I only wish Jonathan Gold werestill alive so I could gloat about this hole-in-the wall find that I'll never forget! Read more
Not too bad. I had the Vietnamese sandwich which was tasty but not really what I was expecting. The lady making the sandwich... seems friendly. The old man at the counter was kinda grumbling. I pounded this banh mi in my car. I should've asked them to makeit spicy with chili ???? peppers. It's all good here. Read more

The bread at No Name is good but gets SOGGY in a couple hours. I called to ask if they would separate the bread from contents so... I could eat it later. He said no then hung up on me quickly. BALE SANDWICH in KAPALAMA will gladly do this for you. Pick it upat Kam shopping center before your plane ride or picnic. Read more
