Stopped on way back from Diamond Head walk. Three in group. Table open and received immediate sitting, water and drink orders.... Breakfast suggestions provided by Alanna, who also provided wonderful service and attention. Lilikoi pancakes, corned beef hashwith hash browns, and Sunrise Special Biscuit all well done and tasted great. Would love to go back, but leaving for TX. Read more

There were some wonderful items on the menu (Liliko'i Pancakes were fantastic!) and the special "Breakfast Tacos" were... delicious. Although, I would have liked to have a bit more of the Lilikoi sauce with the pancakes. The "home-made corned beefhash" was not very good. The corned beef was ground so fine that it was mushy. I was expecting to have the meat chopped withpotato and green onion (yes, there were green onions in the patty, but I didn't taste any potatoes in it). I ordered my hashbrowns extra crispy and they were prepared perfectly. The toast comes "dry," so I asked for butter and jam. The butter nevershowed up, but a few packets of jelly arrived at the table. I will definitely go back and have the pancakes and I will try a fewdifferent items. The parking lot in the back is very convenient, small fee and only takes credit cards. Read more

We came across this brunch restaurant on our way to Waikiki from Diamond head crater. I would say they don't serve authentic... Hawaiian food, but their own version of some local dishes. Trust me it tasted really good. We tried their Loco moco on Friedrice and pancakes with Sunrise special. You need to pay for parking like few dollars to get in the entrance. The staff was veryquick and served the food fast. The menu is relatively simple and easy to pick. Read more

I love this place yes for the $5.95 sunrise special. One egg, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 fluffy pancakes. What's not to love? It's... the best deal in town. I brought a friend this time and was totally disappointed. He ordered the sunrise breakfast #1 but itwas on regular menu price. Around $12. Double the price of the special. If you were gonna rip people off, why don't you justtell them before you do so? I don't want to be that guy.. can I get the $5.95 special!!? Its not about the price. It's allabout the principal. I tip more than I should but not this time. Sorry not sorry. Nice bait and switch Read more

It was kind of tricky for us as visitors to find the place. There is a big parking lot for customers do not feel shy and find a... good spot. We were kindly received at the door and promptly assigned a table. We got water quick and our drinks were ready in afew minutes. I am posting this photo with nothing on my plate because it was ALL DELICIOUS! I ordered the sunrise breakfast: 2pancakes, 2 eggs and Portuguese sausage. They included the Tapatio sauce, I have to confess I was craving something spicy.Orange juice was good and coffee was perfect. My husband ordered an omelette and all was on spot. Thank you for your friendlyenvironment and the comforting food. If I come back to this island, I?ll be back to this place for sure. Read more

Savory flavors and generous portions made this place one of my favorites during this visit to Hawaii! We started with a single... honey biscuit, grilled, which served with honey butter was great. Just note that the biscuit grilled costs extra, which ourwaiter probably forgot to mention. As entrees we ordered their take on the loco moco which substitutes the usual hamburgerpatty for ribeye! But because we were hungry we ordered the patty as well haha. This was a big dish, be aware. We also orderedtheir pancakes and a side of home style potatoes that they don?t always have, both were decent. All in all I?d come again iflooking for big breakfast. A note about parking for people driving: it seems that they border a big public lot that I didn?tknow about until after searching for street parking. Read more

Found Moke's online searching for breakfast places while staying in Waikiki. It's only a 2 mile drive away and worth the visit.... Came for their lilikoi signature pancakes. Ordered the "secret menu" Big Kat and a stack of their pancakes to share amongst 3adults. Whoa, we were stuffed. Staff was friendly, attentive and all worked well. Zero issues with staff. We got there about8am on a Sunday of a 3 day weekend but once we got seated and ordered the kitchen staff had our food for 7 out in no time. Pancakes were not too fluffy and not chewy, right in that sweet middle texture. Lilikoi sauce was sweet and worth every drop. We made sure there was none left. Big Kat came with fried rice, 2 eggs, steak, corned beef hash and gravy. Oh boy that was somuch food but so ono (the term for delicious if you're a local). Their own roasted coffee was also good, not too bitter and verysmooth. The entrance is actually facing the parking lot which you enter on 12th St. You'll have to pay a little for parkingunless you find one on the street. We'll definitely put this in our list of go to's when we come to town. Read more
