Dont go here late night after 1am. I waited 30 plus minutes to not order food stuck behind people in the drive thru in the same... predicament. I was suppose to get food quickly ran out of time to do that at a fast food spot. Idk what happened and had no timeto find out. Read more

Yesterday, early morning drive through, waiting in autoline for 1/2 hour to get my meal; hot oatmeal (so much water, it was... soupy) and black hot coffee! I always knew Kaimuki was the slowest and service was horrible! Read more
This is a decent McDonald's, nothing special. Well- the parking lot social scene can get pretty "interesting" at times- but that... has less to do with the restaurant and more to do with the general area. I've never felt worried about safety here, but it'sgood practice to stay alert as you enter and leave the restaurant. Read more
my experience was great! I walked in around 7:45pm. the lady who took my order was super friendly. got my food and was out the... door in 7 minutes. the order was correct, my food was hot, and the nice lady even put ketchup and napkins in my bag before Icould ask! all for under $7, much appreciated! Took 6 minutes to get one large iced coffee, and not one of those people there (2 of the 3 are managers). If you look at the... screens, there is one order for dining room and one for drive thru, they are literally waiting around for the food to comeout. Food for an order they ?completed? on the screen, so it won?t appear in their records as taking too long. The gentlemanthat made it was filling the ice bins when I ordered, after he was done he made 3 drinks, quickly and efficiently. ????????
