I ordered breakfast this morning. I drove from Mililani to drop my daughter at school. Ran to this McDonald's for breakfast. I... ordered an Egg Mcmuffin with egg and cheese no ham as well as 2 hash browns and 1 hotcake. The Egg Mcmuffin was just and Englishmuffin. Nothing on it. I was missing the 2 hash Browns. I called the manager and she told me it's my own fault. I didn't orderwhat I asked for. That I should have asked for an egg mcmuffin not in English muffin even though I said an English muffin withcheese and egg and no ham on it. Ohhh by the way ,its even wrapped in an English muffin wrapper! I asked the manager for hername. She refused to give it to me and hung up on me 2 times. Really great service. Not even offering to come back and make itright! Nothing! I believe she took the order as well thats why she would not give me her name. Absolutely pathetic for amanager! Shouldn't be a manager! Fast and convenient location. staff is helpful, and the new remodel looks great. One downside is the drive thru, which blocks... the regular parking stalls on both sides. I generally park in the covered area farther away and walk inside to avoid gettingstuck trying to get out of the one-way exit. Food is consistent with what you would expect from a McDonald's. This location issuper busy because it is in a busy shopping complex. We come here sometimes to find Happy Meal toys other locations may haverun out of. Will be back here again. Read more

There is no public restroom except for white people. An Asian middle aged woman was a cashier at around 3:00 pm today. She... answered the restroom door was locked when I asked to open it. I asked her if there is no public restroom and then she answeredno public. But when an old white woman asked her to open, she opened the door with a key right away. There is no signrepresenting no public. I'm a Korean. I didn't know if she did it because I was not a white person. I was angry but she was busydoing her job so I didn't complain about that. This store needs the sign that shows no public restroom or displaying andmanaging keys like other stores. Read more
Tried to call and ask if they have milk shakes. ( Most of the time machine is broken). 1st call, They said hello then hung up.... 2nd call, I asked if they have milk shakes tonight. Worker said "we dont sell mochi" and hung up on me. 3rd call, worker pickedup phone and left it off the hook so I can hear the workers. Going to Wendy's. Read more
Memorial day weekend Saturday morning. Not sure either the staff or customer were prepared for the business. We waited at... least 20 minutes for some one to take our walk in order. And another 15+ to receive our dine in food. Kitchen folks were vocalin exchanging conversation with the order takers. At least they were communicating! And trying to get the orders correct.Clearly they didn't have enough folks to handle the orders even those that were online and drive thru. I've never knownMcDonald's to turn away customers, though they probably should let us know ahead of time of delays. The sole person taking ourorder was pleasant to us, but could talk candidly with her peers in the kitchen. I hardly go to any McDonald's, but the food isfine and filling when you are on the run and not picky. Read more
McDonald's is a good place to go for a quick bite to eat! Cheap in price and OK for quality. The standard menu items are... available at all of the McDonald's restaurants, and a couple of local specialties. The service is usually fast & friendly, andof course it depends on the time of day, and how busy they are. Once in a while, they do make mistakes, but come on, they doan excellent job overall!!!
