Went here specifically for hot coffee. The brew, the taste and the temperature were all BELOW average. Did not live up to... McDonalds standards. The only good things we can says is that it wasn't burned. Really disappointed. Read more
Consistently messing up orders... This is the third time I ordered an egg white delight with sausage instead of ham and... something different happens every time. (This time they forgot the egg) I called to ask if there was any way I could be compedbecause I purchased the sandwich during my commute to work and couldn't make the trip back to return it. I was told I need tobring it back to have it replaced. My fault for not checking because this has obviously become a routine. Read more
NEVER order nuggets here. 3 times in a row and 4 of the last times I have ordered nuggets at the Hawaii Kai McDonalds they have... been delivered almost cold to the touch, dry as cardboard, and tasteless. They must have sat under the heat lights for an houror more when they came through the drive through. My wife and I love to drive through, go to Sandy?s, have lunch and watchsurfers and look for whale spouts. The nuggets have not been helpful. We are seriously thinking of driving to Waimanalo justfor a decent nugget. Those at HK are a disgrace. Too bad I can?t give a zero rating. Read more
