Service was great. Nothing special about the burger. It tasted fresh but the meat is not nearly as big as the picture.
Ehhhh, mediocre at best. First time eating here, and they already messed the order. Got the Ahi burger with truffle fries, ahi... was very tiny, the sandwich was basically a bun with one leaf lettuce even though I ask for extra lettuce. Truffle fries wasjust your old regular plain fries with garnishes. Would not recommend the ahi from here. Go get yourself some Habit Grill ahituna or California fish and Grill Salmon burger. Really tasty burgers. Not your typical thin burgers. These are good sized patties cooked properly. Good selection of burgers. I... had the Double Cheese Burger with the truffle fries. Needless to say there was nothing left over. Little difficult to locatethis food court in the Ala Moana Mall but worth the effort if you can find it. Read more
This is my families first time eating here. It was excellent in every way. This is unusual especially at Ala Moana but I must... say I was disappointed that they were out of Dole Whip. The thing is, the food was very fresh as far as taste and quality. Thebread was toasted proper. The produce was fresh and crisp. The presentation was clean and perfect. We got the sliders, a doublewith bacon, sweet potato fries and I got the Mahi Mahi Burger(grilled) which was seasoned light and proper. It was not over orundercooked at all. Everything about our experience exceeded my expectations 5 fold. The best kitchen staff and hostess ever.No joke! They need a raise and open more locations. Read more
I always order their Mushroom Swiss Burger combo with Onion Rings & a drink. Their burger is nice & juicy. Yesterday, they told... me that onion ring had been discontinued ????What? That was very disappointing. The service is slow in this place. If you'rehungry, it's not the place to go. Whenever I try to call in an order, their voicemail box is always full. I don't think theyever empty it out. And it's very hard to get hold of them. Nobody answers the phone. Read more

Almost $17 for a burger, fries and a drink. I realize it's Hawaii and everything costs more but that's a little bit much. I... expected the burger patty to be thicker at that price. Decent burger for the price and one of the better options for mall food. Quick, convenient, consistent, and better than Teddy's!
