I ordered the Loco Moco and let me tell you, it was Deliciously Delicious...
I?ve eaten at L&L on Big Island, Maui, and Oahu. This location is by far the worst I?ve ever been too. My boyfriend and I... ordered the same things we order at every other l&l and the food was inedible. I tried to communicate with the staff, and gotnowhere. I asked for a refund not having taken more than a bite without spitting it out into my napkin. After refusal of arefund we asked them to throw the food away and walked out. We enjoyed the food here. We ordered kalua pork and a cheeseburger with fries for my daughter. All of the food was delicious.... They have a big menu, so there is something for everyone. I was asking the cashier but I think she's not paying attention. I suppose to order more for my co workers but I've got upset.... She doesn't know how or so poor on customer service. I don't know if she hear what I'm talking about or she didn't understandme. But still i am a customer and she need to be patients and be kind.i love L & L. Son and I had their Chicken Katsu. We had it before and it was ok. However, tonight, simply the worst chicken katsu we have... ever had. It tasted like old fried fish and the katsu sauce was like thickened ketchup and water. I would given a zero starrating if I could. Very disappointed. Grab a Costco hotdog instead! Read more
My niece and I got lost while on the island, and stopped at a strip mall to get our bearings. It must have been serendipity,... because we found L&L and ate the best meal we?ve had while on vacation. Great food, but also incredible value. Try the BBQplatter, you won?t be disappointed. Read more
It's an L&L, so you know what to expect. It took a little longer than usual to get the food, but it was tasty as normal. The... cleanliness of the establishment was a bit below average and I'm surprised that their drink machine stated "one refill only"which was pretty oft-put. They did have several food choices available that are unique to this establishment, so it'll be wortha visit if you're already at Costco. Read more
