This place requires a reservation. Don’t bother walking in. Super cheap for 12 pieces of nigiri. Quality is way up there too.... The service is lightning fast, so it seems like they want you to order quick, eat quick and leave so they can turn the tablearound. Read more
Best sushi on island! If you’re looking for an authentic Japanese sushi experience look no further. Thick generous cuts of... perfectly prepared fish. The otoro was tender and the unagi was to die for. Would highly recommend getting a reservation. Theprice for the quality was actually astonishingly reasonable. We love trying out new places as often as possible, but we willdefinitely be coming back to Katsumidori. Read more
Extremely delicious. Was beyond happy at the variety as we were able to sample many items. The sushi just melts in your mouth.... Everyone was very friendly. The sakè was refreshing. Wish we could have tried some rolls. Definitely make sure you make areservation! Read more
Around the corner of the Prince Waikiki lobby, we found some really good sushi. It is super hard to get a seat. MAKE... RESERVATIONS! I can not stress that enough. We tried to walk up on a Wednesday evening, at 5pm opening for dinner, got turnedaway. Luckily they had an 8pm, and based on all of the parties that got to walk right past me because they had the awareness tomake reservations, I quickly took them before someone else got it. Last call is 9pm. They are very thorough with the covidchecks, so have your paperwork ready.. The food was delicious. Mostly great moments, but my last dish was crab tempura ???? andI was let down. Buyer beware. Literally every thing else was superior, exceptional dining experiences. Servers were veryattentive. Kept our drinks full. A cool encounter with an automated style, conveyor belt delivery system was a highlight to theevening, as well. I would definitely return. Read more
