I paid for chocolate chips and pineapple on my bowl, i had just come from a procedure at the hospital and was feeling horrible,... overheated and a little out of it. when my order finally came there was nothing on top but strawberries but i didn?t noticeuntil i got in the car so i came back and said i paid for extra toppings and they?re not on here. she put the chocolate chips onbut when getting back to the car i realized she didn?t put the pineapple on THAT I PAID FOR i wasn?t going back in there in thecondition i was. not for a third time. maybe if they hadn?t sent the person who was making my order on break in the middle ofthem making it then it would have been correct. i?m really disappointed i love jamba and come a lot. but this isn?t the firsttime i?ve had lackluster service and quality from them (don?t get me started on how a smoothie i order all the time tastedweird/ different) so i think i?m gonna start going to the one closer to me at the stadium mall Read more
I bought a tumbler, instructed them to put my orange dream machine smoothie inside. I am surprised that they never even remove... this paper and not rinse the tumbler. I think it?s common sense to rinse before pouring a fresh smoothie. I am so disgusted toknow that there?s added flavor of paper and ink in my drink. Read more
