Surprisingly good parking is a little tight and there is no in dining available. Expect a little wait for food and finding... parking is a pain but thank goodness it's drive thru only at the moment. Read more
Burgers shrank so bad! I ordered the triple jack and the burgers were barely meat. Si small. I love jack in the box since... childhood and really enjoyed their burgers but now days they cut back on the size of their meat portions. Read more
Served drunk high people on scooters but not sober hungry foreigners. Could learn a thing or two from other fast food chains.
I got the wrong order. It was busy and hardly any workers. The manager was expediting, may need more training too slow and yet... my order was incorrect. She couldn't even help the cashier solve a problem when cashier asked for help. She told the cashiersomething about "changing 200, changing 200" and walked away. This left all of us waiting in line to order even longer. Cashierhad no clue what she was doing, but I guess it worked (after 8 minutes of figuring it out) because the customers transaction was finally completed. I did a mobile order for pickup. Got there and there were 2 people in line. Not sure how long they were waiting, but no one... seemed to be making the counter. There was one employee by the fries/sides, another in the back doing the burgers and whatsounded like taking the drive-thru orders, and one by the drive-thru window, getting their orders ready. And it was quiet. Whichwas weird for a fast food. It made it seem like there was no rush to get to the counter. It seemed like a long time whensomeone finally came to the counter. The food was fine.
