I went there to grab a quick bite after running around all day with nothing to eat. Since I had to use the restroom I walked in.... I was the only person at the counter where I was ignored for the better part of 10 minutes. There was another party of 3 eatingat the time and they said to me they were ignored for a while as well. There was 2 cars in the drive through and 3 employeesworking during a not so busy almost dead night. It got to the point where I literally had to jump up and down and yell and shoutto get even 1 person to acknowledge my presence. And by that time I had lost my appetite and just requested to use the bathroomwhich I was in desperate need of relief and still waited another few minutes and had to shout again to remind them I was thereand waiting. During that whole time I was not greater, ignored when trying to politely get someone's attention and not evenasked if I wanted to order or an apology for the wait. If I didn't shout out and threaten to urinate right there at the countereven though my squirming and dancing around made it obvious I would have still been standing there being ignored. I enjoyed this! I tried their state plate for breakfast, consisting of white rice, Portuguese sausage and egg. They don't have... this as an option for California. I know it's jack in the box but it was different and delicious. Read more
Got a burger, felt unwell about an hour later. Haven't felt this sick in years. Thanks. Update: went to hospital due to food... poisoning symptoms, needed IV fluids for dehydration and anti nausea, anti diarrhea, and pain medicine. Still sick two dayslater. Read more
